MARKET DAY 2017

Friday 14 October 2017 Today was the World Famous Papakura Central School Market Day. Room 11 made playdough in the colours of their favourite superheroes. We choose to make black and yellow play dough for Batman. Red and blue for the very popular Spiderman and rainbow coloured playdough with a lot of glitter in it. Market Day came around very quickly. We made posters, price tags and labels. We spent a lot of time wrapping our play dough to make it look amazing and appealing for our customers. Some students dressed in super hero costumes to try and get customers to our stall - it worked. We sold out of the Spiderman play dough first then Batman. By 3pm all of our product with sold. RESULT We had a great time making, designing labels and selling our play dough. Until the next Market Day.

LIBRARY BOOKS

Room 11 will have a session in the Library on Mondays. They are allowed to issue 2 books each. These will need to be returned every Monday or they will be unable to get new books.

ROOM 11 SWIMMING TIMES 2016

SWIMMING TIMETABLE All students must swim on our allocated swimming days unless they are sick. If they are sick they are required to bring a note stating why they cannot participate. Students need to bring togs, towels and goggles if they need them. Plead ensure all items are clearly named. We will be swimming on: Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays
